For developers of STR750F-based motor control applications, the STR750 Motorcontrol starter kit provides a complete development platform with all thehardware and software required to get applications started on the right foot andshorten time to market. The STR750F microcontrollers with dedicated motorcontrol peripherals and powerful ARM7TDMI core offer the computing powerdevelopers need for vector based control of 3-phase brushless motors.
The kit comes ready to run a PMSM motor (included) or AC induction motor(accessory). You can explore different motor control parameters either inStand-alone mode or using the included graphical interface while connected to ahost PC. The Segger J-Link is included for connection to a host PC via astandard 20-pin JTAG connection. When connected to PC, the opto-isolation boardprovides galvanic isolation for the host PC and development tools on the JTAGconnection. The kit includes PMSM and AC induction motor control libraries tofacilitate implementation of the familys motor control peripherals.
The kit also serves as a platform for developing fully functional motorcontrol applications without having to create a hardware design from scratch.The kit includes the application C sources, which can be modified, rebuilt anddebugged with the Segger J-Link and a development environment for ARM.
