Low cost starter kit from Raisonance. Package includes RLink (USB/JTAGinterface), REva mother board, daughter board for STR730F and 16Kbyteevaluation version of RIDE - the integrated development environment for STR7.Starter kit includes STR730F device, and CAN, UART, SPI, I2C and ADC evaluationfeatures. The starter kit package includes:

REva motherboard: Universal evaluation board designed to easily andquickly evaluate a range of ST microcontrollers and device features. Themotherboard provides a host of evaluation features including LED, push buttons,switches, temperature sensor, potentiometer and interfaces for SPI, I2C andUART.

REva daughterboard(s): Dedicated boards that contain all the specificcomponents for a given microcontroller, including the MCU itself, a clockselector and other device dependant  features. Daughterboards plug into astandard SO-DIMM connector found on all REva motherboards. Daughter board forSTR730F is included with this kit.

RLink: In-circuit debugger/programmer, featuring USB host interface.The RLink is attached to the REva motherboard so that no additional connectioncables are required for in-circuit programming and debugging with the REva. Inaddition, the user can power both the REva motherboard and the RLink from theUSB connection.

RIDE: The 16K code-size limited version of Raisonances full-featuredIntegrated Development Environment, which provides seamless integration of C andAssembler tools and a full-featured debug interface .

GNU C/C++ Compiler: Unlimited, optimizing C/C++ compiler for ARMcore-based microcontrollers.

and many additional features including built in Flash loader andnumerous useful sample projects covering the full range device peripherals thatare based on the proven STR7 and STR9 software libraries.
