An evaluation and development system for the MCF5301x family supporting all peripheral functions and commonly used memory configurations, includes a Linux BSP and a voice command recognition demo. May be used as a reference design or base for end application hardware designs.

The M53015 Evaluation Board (EVB) is based on the V3 ColdeFire Core. This board is shipped with the MCF53015CMJ240J 256 pin map BGA populated to allow for the evaluation of the full functionality of this part.

This board was designed as a validation platform with maximum flexibility. Where possible Freescale also designed for power and speed but the primary goal of this system was flexibility.
