Blackhawk LAN560 JTAG Emulator
The LAN560 supports all of the advanced capabilities of Texas Instruments latest DSPs. These capabilities include high-speed Real-Time Data Exchange, HS-RTDX™, lightning speed downloads and Advanced Event Triggering to quickly find and fix real-time software problems. Connections are made through its auto-sensing 10/100 Mbps RJ45 connector that attaches directly to any hub, switch, or wireless access point on the network. Using an internal TCP/IP stack, the LAN560 eliminates the need and expense for another computer, making it portable and cost effective. Network configuration of the LAN560 is simple via its onboard USB port. A supplied configuration program allows you to change the emulator’s default TCP/IP address, network mask and gateway to match your network. The compact emulator pod uses a variable TCK (timing clock) up to 50 MHz and supports voltages from 5v down to 0.5v. The LAN560 has both USB and Ethernet ports, allowing the flexibility to debug using either connection. Software compatible with all versions of Code Composer Studio™ (CCStudio) integrated development environment (IDE) v2.2 and later. Drivers are provided for Windows® 2000, XP and Vista. Additionally, 64-bit drivers are available for XP Pro x64 and Vista x64. All driver updates are available for download free-of-charge from the Blackhawk website. The Blackhawk LAN560 JTAG Emulator supports TMS320™, TMS470 (ARM®) and OMAP™ families including the DaVinci™ platform. The LAN560 JTAG Emulator is also compatible with the Code Composer Studio Flash-burner utility.
