The LH7A400 and LH7A404 include an LCD controller, for
powerful, flexible performance in all sorts of applications,
including consumer, entertainment, industrial/commercial,
medical, and automotive.
Both devices use a 32-bit ARM922T core with 8 KB of
instruction-cache, 8 KB of data-cache, and 80 KB of framebuffer
memory. The LCD controller is the same in both
devices, supporting STN, CSTN, TFT, and AD-TFT displays of
1024 x 768 and 64k colors.
