The H8/36064 Group has been developed for the slimmed function based on the H8/3687. The device has 32 kbytes on-chip single supply flash memory. On-chip peripheral functions include 2 channels 16 bit timer which can control the motor by being used in combination. It has built-in Serial Communicatiaon Interface (2 channels) and I2C Bus Interface (1 channel) as communication functions, so network-connected home appliances can also be achieved. In addition, this group includes power-on reset and low-voltage detection functions. This makes it possible to cut down on external reset IC, reducing system. Package is available in 64-pin small surface mount package as the H8/3687. These devices may use the E8 emulator for support for the on-chip debugger interface.
