The H8/36912 and H8/36902 Groups are microcomputers with the lowest-capacity (8k bytes) and lowest pins (32 pins) in the H8/300H Tiny lineup. With enhanced timers, 10-bit A/D converter, asynchronous/synchronous serial interface, I 2C bus interface (H8/36912 only) and large current ports, these devices are suitable for applications including system control for small home appliances and various sensors, etc.
The oscillating circuit of this LSI can be selected from external oscillator or internal on-chip oscillator. If selecting the internal on-chip oscillator, this LSI can be operated without connecting any external oscillator. Furthermore, with power-on reset and low-voltage detection functions, it is not necessary to connect any external reset IC.
The package is preparing three types, one is 32 pin LQFP (7mmx7mm), another is 32 pin SSOP (11.3mmx20.45mm) and the other is 32 pin SDIP (400mil).
These devices may use the E8 emulator for support for the on-chip debugger interface.
