It incorporates FPU, which supports single-precision and double-precision, and which enable high signal processing performance. In addition, this LSI includes peripheral functions such as a multifunction timer for motor control, a CAN controller, a serial communication interface with a 16-stage FIFO and an I2C bus interface.
