SH7210 Series

The SH7210 Series incorporates an SH-2A CPU core which is fully upwardly-compatible with SH-1 and SH-2. The SH-2A CPU core employs a superscalar architecture enabling simultaneous execution of two instructions.  Compared with the conventional SH-1 and SH-2, a tremendous increase in processing performance is realized. more

SH7606 Series

The SH7606 Series are high-end microcontrollers which offer excellent cost performance. The series incorporates a compact 32-bit SH-2 core, featuring a maximum operating frequency of 100 MHz and a high processing performance of 130MIPS. The SH7606 Series includes 16KB of cache memory and 4KB of internal RAM.Also included are peripheral functions such as a bus state controller that can connect directly to SDRAM, a burst ROM and a PC card, 3 channels of serial interface with FIFO and a 16-bit cycle timer.  A host interface is incorporated,and in large scale systems with a main CPU, the SH7606 Series can operate as a sub-CPU. more

SH7080 Series

SH7046 Series

SH7040 Series

SH7010 Series

SH-Tiny Series

The SH/Tiny Series is a microcontroller with on-chip Flash memory whichoffers a maximum operating frequency of 50 MHz. Single chip mode only.ThisSeries has a 16-bit multifunction timer and a high-speed A/D converter in achip, and realizes system control of motors etc. easily. This Series has on-chipdebugging functions, supports Full ICE which can provide various debuggingfunctions, and provides an easy-to-use development environment.

H8SX

The H8SX family is the fastest single-chip, feature-rich microcontroller in the H8 family platform. The H8SX is powered by a 32-bit architecture that operates at speeds as high as 50 MHz, up to 1 MB on-chip flash memory, low power consumption, high ROM code efficiency, and offers a wide selection of on-chip peripherals. more

H8S

The H8S family has a wide-ranging lineup of product series to meet the demands of various customer applications with on-board interfaces for applications such as LPC, BMC, ISA bus controller, I2C, USB, CAN, Eternet, IE bus controller and LCD controller. 3 V/5 V - I/F combination and high-speed low-voltage operations are also supported. H8S products consist of static circuits.(This is what the S in H8S refers to.) Additionally, the H8S family allows provision as IP of various peripheral functions, including CPU cores, and also smooth development of ASIC and SOC products.

H8S/2100

This series has maintained upward compatiblility with the H8/300 series. It is equipped with abundant peripheral functions including I2 C and low-power consumption modes. This series includes an enhanced lineup equipped with PC and server host interfaces.

H8S/2200

Within the H8S family, it is a low-voltage (2.2 V for flash products, 2.2 V for mask ROM versions) series with an on-board sub clock, and internal USB function, LCD controller (LCDC) and IE bus. It is well-suited for low-power consumption applications.

H8S/2300

This series has an improved lineup of low-voltage/high-speed operation (25 - 33 MHz@3.3V) and abundant memory variations from internal ROM-less memory to flash memory (128 kB - 512 kB) equipped versions. Because it is a general-purpose product in the H8S family, it is well-suited for a large variety of system control applications.

H8S/2317BL

16-bit high performance devices with up to 128KB of ROM and high integration of on-chip peripherals

H8S/2400

This product series has signal processing circuits and abundant on-chip peripheral functions. It has an image signal processing circuit and a user-friendly interface for external devices, which makes it well-suited for PDP (plasma display panel), LCD monitor, and projector applications.

H8S/2600

This is a higher-level H8S product family with on-chip peripheral functions such as a 16-bit multiplier, high-speed A/D converter (1μs), and Motor Management Timer (MMT). more

The H8 Tiny family meets the growing demands for cost-sensitive designs requiring the performance of 16-bit microcontrollers – all in a device that is even economical for 8-bit applications. more
