ST7236x Family Description   

STMicroelectronics has been responding to the appliance and industrial challenges for many years.. All devices in this family are based on a common industry-standard 8-bit core, featuring an enhanced instruction set and are available with FLASH or ROM program memory. This family of products is targeting appliances electronics, as well as industrial automation, with a focus on those having requirements for two UARTS as well as low power consumption and a wide range of packages variety. It is the smallest available microcontroller with 2 UART and LINTM peripherals. They offers a wide range of benefits including,
