SH2A Series
SH-2A series for general-purpose embedded system use offers CPU performance up to 480 MIPS and has reliable, high-capacity flash memory that is easy to use and simplifies system designs. more

SH7146 Series
The SH7146 Series offers a maximum operating frequency of 80 MHz, representing a 1.6-fold improvement in performance over the 50 MHz of Renesas Technology s current SH7046 Series.The lineup includes the SH7146 (80pin) and the SH7149 (100pin).They also include 256 Kbytes of high-speed flash memory capable of constant single-cycle (12.5 ns) access through the use of cutting-edge flash memory technology. more

SH7210 Series
The SH7210 Series incorporates an SH-2A CPU core which is fully upwardly-compatible with SH-1 and SH-2. The SH-2A CPU core employs a superscalar architecture enabling simultaneous execution of two instructions.  Compared with the conventional SH-1 and SH-2, a tremendous increase in processing performance is realized. more
SH7206 Series
SH7200 Series is a set of products that feature an SH-2A CPU core. The SH-2Ainstruction set is fully upwardly-compatible with SH-1 and SH-2, and it also adopts new instructions such as Data Transfer Instruction and Operation Instruction. Superscalar architecture adapted for SH-2A enables the SH7200Series to execute multiple instructions at the same time, greatly increasing its processing performance compared with the conventional SH-1 and SH-2.
In addition, SH7200 Series are equipped with equivalent modules to SH-1 and SH-2,in order to ensure smooth upgrading to SH-2A. more
SH7606 Series
The SH7606 Series are high-end microcontrollers which offer excellent cost performance. The series incorporates a compact 32-bit SH-2 core, featuring a maximum operating frequency of 100 MHz and a high processing performance of 130MIPS. The SH7606 Series includes 16KB of cache memory and 4KB of internal RAM.Also included are peripheral functions such as a bus state controller that can connect directly to SDRAM, a burst ROM and a PC card, 3 channels of serial interface with FIFO and a 16-bit cycle timer.  A host interface is incorporated,and in large scale systems with a main CPU, the SH7606 Series can operate as a sub-CPU. more
SH7146 Series
The SH7146 Series offers a maximum operating frequency of 80 MHz,representing a 1.6-fold improvement in performance over the 50 MHz of Renesas Technology’s current SH7046 Series. more
SH7080 Series
Through the use of cutting-edge flash memory technology, the SH7080 series features high speed flash memory capable of constant single cycle (12.5 ns)access even when operating at 80MHz. more
SH7046 Series
Equipped with peripheral modules suited for inverter control such as AD converters and 2 systems of motor control timers. 5V single power source operation due to the on-chip regulator. Very suitable for white goods that use motors. more
SH7040 Series
This is the first SH Microcontroller with an SH-2 core and single power supply programmable 256KB Flash Memory on-chip more
SH7010 Series
This is a compact version of the SH7040 series. Memory capacity is smaller and package has been miniaturized. more
SH-Tiny Series

The SH/Tiny Series is a microcontroller with on-chip Flash memory whichoffers a maximum operating frequency of 50 MHz. Single chip mode only.ThisSeries has a 16-bit multifunction timer and a high-speed A/D converter in achip, and realizes system control of motors etc. easily. This Series has on-chipdebugging functions, supports Full ICE which can provide various debuggingfunctions, and provides an easy-to-use development environment.

H8SX/1500 Series
The H8SX/1500 Series is equipped with an H8SX CPU core with Renesas´  exclusive high-speed/high performance 32-bit CISC CPU.
It is upwardly compatible with the current Renesas H8 and H8S at the object level and provides a maximum operating frequency of 48 MHz. more

SuperH RISC SH7144 Series
These microcontrollers have an SH-2 Core with 256KB Flash on-chip. High Speed Access of 1 cycle at 50MHz to the on-chip ROM is possible. Equipped with many peripheral functions such as timers and serials. Also, if upgrading from the SH7040 is important. this is easily possible. more
