The SH7606 Series are high-end microcontrollers which offer excellent cost performance. The series incorporates a compact 32-bit SH-2 core, featuring a maximum operating frequency of 100 MHz and a high processing performance of 130MIPS. The SH7606 Series includes 16KB of cache memory and 4KB of internal RAM.Also included are peripheral functions such as a bus state controller that can connect directly to SDRAM, a burst ROM and a PC card, 3 channels of serial interface with FIFO and a 16-bit cycle timer.
